Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Bioptimism (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. The Service is for business use by agencies, freelancers, and solo creators. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to bind it.

Bioptimism is an AI content studio that researches, writes, and generates on-brand social posts and images for the brands you manage. Output is produced by third-party AI models and may contain errors.

The Service is for business use by agencies, freelancers, and solo creators. During launch we’re onboarding in stages, so some access may require joining the waitlist or an invitation. You must be at least 18 and use the Service for business purposes. You’re responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

The Service runs on credits: one credit produces one run. Credits are purchased in packs and do not expire. They are pooled per account, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-refundable once consumed (subject to your statutory rights — see the Refund Policy). A preview (“taste”) run is prepaid and limited in scope.

Purchases are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in euro (EUR) and may be exclusive of taxes/VAT, which are added where applicable. We may introduce subscription plans in the future; if we do, the specific subscription terms will be presented at purchase.

As between you and Bioptimism, you own the content you generate, subject to the terms of the third-party AI models used to produce it. Output is provided “as is” with no guarantee of accuracy, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose — you are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing.

You agree not to use the Service to produce unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or to violate the usage policies of the underlying AI providers.

The Service, its software, and the Bioptimism brand are owned by the provider (see “Contact”). These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond the right to use the Service.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider’s aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use means acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. The courts of Thessaloniki, Greece have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
