2. Data we collect

Account data (name, email, agency); content you upload (logos, sample posts, writing samples, briefs); content the Service generates; and usage/technical data (logs, device/browser, IP).

3. How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, generate your content, process payments, secure the platform, and communicate with you about your account and purchases.

4. Sub-processors

We share data with vendors who process it on our behalf: Google (Gemini, Firebase, Google Cloud), OpenAI, Perplexity, Reve (image generation), Stripe (payments), Brevo (transactional and marketing email), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (security/CDN), Sentry (error monitoring), and PostHog (product analytics & session replay, EU region). Brand assets and prompts you submit are sent to the relevant AI providers to generate output.

5. Legal bases (GDPR)

We process data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Service), to meet legal obligations (e.g. tax/accounting), and with consent where required.

6. Data retention

We keep account data and generated content while your account is active and delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period after closure, unless we must keep it longer. Billing and invoice records are retained for the period required by Greek tax law. Technical logs are typically kept for up to 12 months.

7. International transfers

Some processors are outside the EEA. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Your rights

Subject to law, you may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα).

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, edge protection). No system is perfectly secure.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children and is for business use by adults (18+).
